Haven’t ordered from Parranos in a long time but we always used to enjoy it so thought I’d try it again. Chips came and they were were all dark and overcooked, horrible and cold. Burger was horrible quality, gristly and nearly broke my tooth on a rock hard bit in the burger. The lot went in the bin, won’t be ordering again if that’s the standard now. Seems it’s gone downhill.

Food arrived way outside the estimated time slot. It was freezing cold and inedible. Chips overdone and tasted like polystyrene and burger was extremely dried out. We love the pizzas from here so thought we’d have a change… won’t make that mistake again. Waste of money.
